About the Accommodation

Enjoy a coffee or just a moment of perfect peacefulness on the large private terrace which comes with a pine deck, patio flowers, and some simple but chic outdoor set.

The brighten and large open space living has a comfy sofa, a fully equipped kitchen with all appliances and cookware available for any light cooking. A Nespresso machine, a kettle and a toaster are also at your disposal; just relax and enjoy your stay, coffee, tea and water are on us.

The abundance of natural light gently passes in the bedroom through floor to ceiling windows. You will find a king-size bed (180x200 cm) which has on its both sides lighted nightstands if you feel like reading until late in the night.

The bathroom has a window, modern and clear lines and it comes with a walk-in rain shower, amenities and towels are also included.

Both the living and the bedroom have their individual AC unit and TV as well, so watching a football game and cartoons at the same time won’t be a problem.

Guests can control the underfloor heating through the thermostat for ideal comfort on colder days.

Access through the property is code-based, with no keys or cards.

Breakfast: Different kinds of casual continental breakfast (overnight oats, diverse types of bagel sandwiches, specialty coffee, and more) can be delivered upon request and for a charge (from 30 RON/person). Ask for the menu, we’ll be glad to recommend our favourites!

Child policies: Children of any age are welcome. Baby cot for children aged between 0 and 2 years is available on request and FREE OF CHARGE.

SMOKING is not allowed inside, but you are more than welcome to use the small balcony for a coffee and a smoke.

• The flat capacity is for 4 adults or 2 adults and 2 young children, no additional guests allowed!
• Check-in after 16:00 and Check-out before 11:00. Early check-in or late check-out is possible upon request, availability and for a fee;
• Parties and events are not allowed, and guests need to be quiet between 11:00 PM and 6:00 AM;
• Even though we love animals, pets are not allowed;
• Parking is free from Friday 6:00 PM to Monday 7:00 AM on public parking slots, which you can find just around the corner of the building. The building features a CCTV secured underground parking available for 30 RON/night/car. ATTENTION: The access to cars with low ground clearance may not be possible, due to a crossing threshold;
• On request and upon availability, you can have access to washing and drying machine (for a fee);
• Iron together with an iron table and a microwave are available on request and for free;
• Our property is following a strict professional protocol regarding the cleaning and disinfection procedures;
• Government ID will be collected at check-in for security reasons.

The apartments are located in a quiet area of the old town of Oradea, just 300 m from Unirii Square where the Moon Church, Black Eagle Palace, Episcopal Palace, Oradea City Hall are located, and 200 m from the Aachvas Rein Synagogue - Museum of Jewish History, 800 m from Zoo, 1.5 km from Oradea Fortress, 1.5 km from Oradea University, 2.7 km from Nymphea Aquapark and 9 km from Baile Felix. Nearby there are many opportunities to enjoy a specialty coffee or dine at one of the restaurants in the pedestrian area.
